Guests are encouraged to lock their rooms when unattended and take reasonable care of personal belongings.

Management is not responsible for theft or loss of valuables left unattended in rooms.

Catering Services
Our in-house restaurant is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Room service is available with a 10% service charge.

Outside food, beverages, or any form of intoxicants or drugs are strictly prohibited inside hotel premises.

Room Use & Property Care
Use of personal electrical appliances like irons, refrigerators, or heaters inside rooms is not permitted.

Upon request, room heaters and extra beds are provided at additional cost.

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid damage to hotel property. Charges will be applied for any damages.

Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed inside hotel premises to maintain hygiene and comfort for all guests.

Prohibited Activities
Cooking inside rooms is not allowed.

Hazardous items such as inflammables, explosives, or chemicals are not permitted on the property.

Management Rights
The hotel reserves the right to refuse or change accommodation without notice, based on operational requirements.

In cases of 48-hour unreported absence, management holds the right to vacate the room.

Any guest may be requested to vacate the premises without explanation for non-compliance with policies.

Guest Conduct & Feedback
Kindly report any issues with staff or services to the hotel manager immediately.

A suggestion book is available at the reception for valuable guest feedback.

Soliciting tips by staff is discouraged; please report such incidents to the management.

Children Policy
Children aged 0–10 stay free when sharing a bed with parents.

Extra bed requests will incur additional charges.

Children aged 11 or above are considered adults for billing purposes.

Discounts & Concessions
10% discount on bookings of 10 or more tickets, excluding taxes.

20% discount for senior citizens and war widows, and 25% discount for differently-abled guests.

Valid government ID and supporting documents must be presented for eligibility.

Tirupati Tours are not eligible for any discounts or concessions.

Only one discount can be applied per booking.

All discounts are processed after the completion of the tour.

General Tour Terms
Tours are subject to operational feasibility and vehicle availability (10, 18, or 35-seater coaches).

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable for events beyond control (natural calamities, etc.).

Tour programs and tariffs are subject to change.

Tours require a minimum of 10 participants to operate.

Accommodation During Tours
Solo travelers can opt for single-room tickets to avail single occupancy during overnight halts.

Three adults will be allotted one double room with an extra mattress.

Child tickets include one additional mattress.

Children aged 0–4 are considered infants.

Children aged 4–10 are charged child fare.

Children aged 11+ are considered adults.

Jurisdiction
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Chennai and other applicable areas of Tamil Nadu as defined by the tour package.
